ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

Our Story

On February 5, 2015, Alliant Educational Foundation (AEF) was established with a mandate to partner with Alliant International University and other institutions of higher education by providing a steady stream of funding and resources dedicated to supporting student scholarships and faculty research grants that will enhance academic outcomes.

With a keen understanding that the field of higher education is changing rapidly, AEF is in a unique position to affect this change. In order to make the most significant impact possible on this shifting landscape, our vision is to seek out collaborative and strategic partnerships with universities, research facilities, government institutions, corporate entities and other foundations that share our passion for education.

Alliant Educational Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit public benefit organization. As we confidently move forward into the next phase of our growth, we are committed to providing strategic and responsive funding for student scholarships and programs that will ultimately enhance the well-being of future generations.

Alliant Educational Foundation’s mission is to build bridges between Alliant International University, other institutions, and under-resourced communities to create a more equitable and just society.

Your tax deductible donation will support our mission in four ways:

1) Callan-Smith-Meltzoff Scholarship Fund: Newly established fund to support clinical PhD and PsyD students to be awarded to a California School of Professional Psychology student who is pursuing his/her professional education and training in Clinical Psychology at the San Diego Campus.

2) General Scholarship Fund: Your donation to our General Scholarship Fund will be used to provide funding for students who have the greatest need. AEF will choose the deserving award recipients who will receive 100% of your generous contribution.

3) Alliant International University Scholarships: Please refer to the Scholarships page on our website to make a donation to one of the many existing Alliant International University fund options.

4) General Operational Support: Funding to help augment AEF’s operations will be used where it is most needed to offset our expenses and help us fulfill our mission in the most efficient way possible.
