This month, we’re excited to feature Dr. Tara Arnold, PhD ‘17. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a dual speciality in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Arnold provides Bilingual English/Spanish therapy to adults, in individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, cultural and identity-related challenges, complexities of adoption, relationship issues, and life transitions. Additionally, Dr. Arnold supports clients in exploring their career development, helping individuals work through challenges related to perfectionism, personal balance, emotion regulation, communication, stress, self-worth, caregiving, and major life changes.
