In line with our mission to support student success, the Alliant Educational Foundation is pleased to announce $240,000 in student scholarship aid this spring. These funds derive from approximately 50 donor-restricted funds held by the foundation for the exclusive benefit of Alliant students.
In most cases, students can review and apply directly for funds by following this link as this year’s application period will run from March 16 through April 30, 2018. Scholarship applications will be reviewed in May and announced in June of 2018 for the upcoming fall and spring semesters.
Various scholarship funds are available to students across Alliant campuses and individual schools, depending on the wishes of each donor’s fund. Individual awards will vary from $500 to $5,000, with a few exceptions.
Consider applying today as the application process is now open and online by following this link.
Here’s what a few of our past scholarship recipients have had to say:
“As a first-generation college student and the first person in my family to attend graduate school, I have been foraging a path toward a graduate degree and working tirelessly to fund my education,” said Cassie Brown, recipient of the California School of Professional Psychology Impact Scholarship. “I have been working to begin my graduate journey to help improve our communities as a provider of mental health services and an advocate for mental health care for those in need.”
“I didn’t know how I was going to afford the Ph.D. program,” said Bahar Ehfad, clinical Ph.D. scholarship recipient at California School of Professional Psychology at the Los Angeles campus of Alliant University. “My professors and mentors do not limit themselves to one role. Many teach, maintain successful private practices and hold strong research roles in the psychology community. I would like to do the same after graduation.”
Best wishes to all of our applicants and please let us know if you have any questions by contacting Info@AlliantEd.org.
